Terms of Service

A 50% deposit of the total order must be collected to reserve a date. 

The Good Wood reserves the right to take pictures of our equipment and publish them to public platforms. 

Change orders are not guaranteed but may be made up to 1 month prior to the event. 

For a full refund the order must be canceled no later then 1 month prior to the scheduled delivery date. 


At this time The Good Wood offers 1 day rentals only. 


In the event of a crash during transportation to the site prior to the event- plastic back up tables with linens will be provided at a discounted rate. 


An arrangement chart must be provided along with all necessary gate and access codes.
